Apartment house "The blue house" is a private house in place Vinkuran near Pula. It is far from the sea about 300 meters and the nearest beach is about 1,5 km from the house. Behind the house is the garden with summer kitchen, grill and outdoor seating and private parking of the house. All apartments are equipped with basic equipment necessary for a pleasant vacation: SAT-TV, equipped kitchen (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, ...) with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, table and chairs on the balcony, WiFi. Washing machine availabe for shared use. Air condition optional available in some apartments. Dogs are welcome – maximum 1 dog. The damage deposit is paid upon arrival in cash in the amount of 100 EUR. The deposit is returned in cash on the day of check-out. Optional additional costs to be paid upon arrival in cash: - WiFi (10 euro per week), - air condition (5 euro per day), - dog (5 euro per day). Cancellation conditions: Full refund for cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the booking. After that, a refund of 50% of the amount is paid up to 7 days before the start of the reservation. There are no refunds for reservations canceled less than 7 days before arrival. House rules: - Smoking is not allowed. - It is not allowed to hold parties/events. - House order and peace applies between 22:00 and 07:00. The maximum number of people indicated in ad should not be exceeded. Children and babies are also included in the maximum number. The owner is not obliged to accept any additional guests.
