Bardzo miłe miejsce i bardzo miła właścicielka. Piękny apartament z widokiem na morze i całkiem spory basenem. W pobliżu 2 plaże, jedna dzika piaszczysta, druga betonowa z beach barem. Niedaleko piękna miejscowość Nin. Do restauracji dojeżdżaliśmy autem. Do basenu nie wolno skakać, bo woda z basenu może szkodzić roślinom w ogrodzie.

We rented 3 apartments (22-29.7.2023), 2+1, 4+0 and 4+1. According to the description, the accommodation was good. The 4+0 apartment would deserve a little rebuilding. The others were in a modern style. The pool was perfect. Wifi does not worked, almost at all, even the signal of the provider was not good either. The sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away. It was nice, but there was nothing there. Only 1 trash can. No toilet, no restaurant, no shop nearby. The stone beach was closer, but we didn't like it. There is a fastfood (you can buy only pizza, hamburger or cevapcici) and a 1 bar, . You will to get to Nin only by car, from Privlaka is no sidewalks. Nin is nice little towm and there is nice beach Ždrijac. There you can find fastfood, bar, public toilet, showers, little shopmarket.Center of Privlaka was too far for us.. Google maps showsed us 1 hour by walk. (5km). Nin was closer then center of Privlaka. However, what I have to write is that the guests have to count on the owner living in the villa. This information was not given in the description. it was a small problem for us. The neighboring apartments are also very close to the pool and garden. Their windows and balconies face the garden. Sitting on the terrace late around 9pm talking and listening to music we had a problem. Neighbors complained about too much noise. Ivana talked to us, that she doesn't have a problem with it, only the neighbors do. But our mood was destroyed. I think 12 people including children makes more of noise, but when we have holidays, we will don't want to seat inside down after 10 pm. Better We can stay home after. So, who are looking for quiet only, so this location is perfect. But who want to more of fun, so we do not recommend it , In the conclusion, those accomodiotions was not cheaper and we expected the more comfortable atmosphere. The villa is really very nice. Despite of the those experiences we wish to Ivana much future satisfy clients.

Dwa tarasy, można spokojnie jesć śniadania na zewnątrz. Basen i mały plac zabaw przy domu - bardzo pomocny , zwłąszcza przy energicznym dwulatku. Okolica spokojna. Blisko do plaży piaszczystej i jeszcze bliżej do, mniej urokliwej, ale za to blisko knajpy, plazy betonowej. miejsce idealne dla dzieci. Polecam ten apartament, piekne miejsce.
