Viili Nikola is situated in a quiet location close to the pine forest along the Sumartin promenade. The house is located 40 meters from the beach with natural stone, and just 80m from the beautiful natural sandy beach (on picture). The house has a large garden 800 m2, where you can relax on sun loungers and with a barbecue. The garden is sheltered by greenery and offers complete privacy. It is the right place for a family vacation. You book the entire house where you are the only guests . For the reservation 30% deposit is required . Upon arrival, we request a deposit € 300 which will be refunded the day of departure if the property is in the same condition as upon arrival. Arrival time: 15h , Departure time: 9h.
