They are located in a quiet and peaceful part of Baška, 300 meters (5 minutes' walk) to the sea and the main beach. Parking is provided (in the yard of the house). Apartment Jadran 1 is ideal for two adults. The apartment has an area of 30 m2 with a balcony. It contains one double bed in the bedroom, a mini-kitchen (in the kitchen you have a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric stove, a kettle, a microwave oven, a filter coffee machine and all the utensils necessary for cooking) with a living room (a mini-couch, a flat-screen TV ) and a bathroom with a shower and, of course, a terrace. The apartment is air-conditioned and has free internet access (Wi-Fi). Apartment Jadran 2 is ideal for two adults or a family with a child. The apartment has an area of 37 m2 with a balcony. The apartment contains a room with one double bed and one armchair, a mini-kitchen (in the kitchen you have a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric stove, a dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a microwave oven and all the dishes necessary for cooking) with a living room ( sofa and satellite/smart TV), bathroom with shower and of course a terrace. The apartment is air-conditioned and has free internet access (Wi-Fi). AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST: cot, high chair, iron and ironing board The barbecue can be used with prior notice. IT IS FORBIDDEN: to bring persons who are not registered in the facility, make noise between 24 and 8 hours, bringing pets By paying the advance payment, the guest confirms that he has read the house rules and that he agrees with them. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, guests must leave the apartment. DEPOSIT IN CASE OF DAMAGE amounts to €100 and is given immediately on the first day. If the guest does not break anything, the money will be returned upon departure.
